The Mirzoyan Methodology
1. Risk diagnosis
Every file opens with a structured assessment of the risk factors in your profile. Prior refusals, document gaps, complex history, and edge-case eligibility get surfaced first. The rest of the file is then built to neutralize them, not to discover them after an officer does.
4. Consistency audit
Every date, address, employer, and timeline is cross-checked across your forms and supporting documents. Officers read inconsistencies between forms as a misrepresentation risk. This stage removes those mismatches before submission.
2. Evidence mapping
The team maps every claim your application makes against the documentary evidence required to prove it. Gaps get identified before drafting starts, not after an officer requests more documents. A claim with no supporting proof is a claim that draws scrutiny.
5. Submission
The licensed RCIC handling your file authorizes and executes the IRCC submission. The file goes through the correct portal, in the format the portal silently requires. The same consultant who built the file is the one who signs and sends it.

Each document is checked against issuing-authority requirements, translation standards, and validity-window rules. IRCC enforces these rules but rarely publishes them plainly. A certificate that is valid on upload but expired on the day an officer opens the file still triggers a return.
6. IRCC response management

The licensing body is the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, which sets the conduct code and runs a public complaints process.
