Visitor Visa Consultant Toronto

Visitor Visa Consultant Toronto support helps you prepare a Canadian visitor visa application, whether you’re visiting Canada or supporting someone’s visit.

An invitation helps explain the trip, but IRCC still assesses the visitor's eligibility. Your Toronto host's support does not replace your own evidence.

Mirzoyan Immigration Services helps visitors and their hosts prepare the application, check documents and address concerns before submission. The work follows your written agreement.

You receive direct advice from a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Government fees and professional fees remain separate.

✓ Check the correct visa or entry route

✓ Explain purpose, funds and return plans clearly

✓ Speak directly with the consultant handling your file

Who is this service for

A family visit can involve two sets of records and two people preparing them in different countries. Start by separating the host's promises from the visitor's responsibilities.

Toronto hosts inviting family or friends

You want to explain accommodation, the reason for the visit and any expenses you will cover. Your guest must still meet visitor visa requirements.

Visitors preparing their supporting evidence

You need to connect your itinerary with employment, family responsibilities, finances and travel history. The evidence should explain your actual situation, including self-employment or support from someone else.

Visitors with a refusal or another immigration application

You have a previous refusal, a status concern or a permanent residence application in progress. A refusal deserves a careful review before you submit another file.

The good news is that a permanent residence plan does not automatically rule out a temporary visit. You must still show you will respect the permitted stay.

What Visitor Visa Application Support Includes

Application support follows six steps. Your written agreement defines the preparation, representation and Post submission support included.

01

Assess your circumstances

Discuss your visit plans and any immigration concerns with the consultant. Receive advice on the appropriate visitor visa approach for your circumstances.

02

Plan the supporting evidence

Understand the evidence needed for your application. The consultant helps you plan how to present the visit and address concerns in your case.

03

Review your documents

The consultant reviews the records supporting your application and identifies gaps that need attention. You provide genuine documents that reflect your circumstances.

04

Check the complete application

The application is reviewed as a whole for accuracy and consistency. This connects the proposed visit with the supporting evidence before submission.

05

Submit application

The consultant manages submission and representation within the agreed scope. You receive guidance on what follows and remain responsible for required personal appointments.

06

Post submission support

The consultant handles correspondence and next steps covered by your written agreement. Additional work or another application may require separate terms; IRCC decides the outcome.

Choose the support you need

Choose help with the application or an appointment to discuss the questions that need an answer first.

Application support

Choose preparation and representation when you want the consultant to work on the file. The agreement sets out document checks, submission responsibilities and included Post submission support.

Paid consultation

Choose a consultation when you need advice about a refusal, evidence or the appropriate route. The appointment covers the booked discussion; a full application review requires a separate agreement.

Document issues we check before submission

An officer must be satisfied that you will leave Canada when your authorized stay ends. Documents should support that conclusion consistently.

Use IRCC's situation-specific document guidance alongside the checklist issued for your application.

Invitation dates and financial promises

An invitation describing a two-week visit conflicts with forms requesting six months. Accommodation and support promises also need to match the itinerary and available funds.

Mirzoyan Immigration Services checks the invitation's dates and payment responsibilities against the visitor's proposed plans. Resolve differences before filing.

Funds and accommodation for the proposed stay

IRCC says visitors need enough money for their stay. The amount depends on the visit’s length and accommodation.

Follow country-specific and personalized financial-document instructions. If a host will pay for accommodation or other costs, describe that arrangement accurately in the application.

Missing refusal or immigration history

A prior refusal omitted from a required background answer can raise a concern about false or misleading information. Review the exact question and disclose what it asks.

That concern can have serious immigration consequences. A forgotten refusal needs correction, not another unexplained omission.

Passport details, scans and translations

Check the passport number, expiry and identity details against the forms. Ensure scans are readable and translations satisfy the applicable instructions.

Documents in another language need translation according to the applicable instructions. IRCC's application guide explains translation requirements; the selected route determines the required package.

Eligibility requirements at a glance

Your application must establish a temporary visit through evidence that fits your circumstances. A host's invitation or bank balance alone does not settle eligibility.

Visitor Visa Fees and Processing Times

The government charges below are separate from the firm's professional fee. The family limits apply only when the stated conditions are met.

Canadian government charges for visitor applications (CAD)
ChargeAmountWhen it applies
Visitor visa, per person$100Single or multiple entry.
Visitor visa, eligible family of five or more$500 maximumApply together at the same time and place; children must qualify as dependants.
Biometrics, per person$85When new biometrics are required.
Biometrics, eligible family of two or more$170 maximumApply together; spouses or common-law partners, dependent children and their dependent children qualify.
Electronic travel authorization (eTA)$7A separate entry route for eligible air travellers, not an extra visitor visa charge.

Processing depends on the application category and country. Your Toronto host's location does not create a separate processing standard or a faster queue.

Check the current IRCC processing-times tool for the applicable category. The estimate is neither a maximum nor a guaranteed decision date.

The visitor visa estimate includes the time needed to give biometrics. Preparation also depends on the records available and the work agreed for your file.

But a planned wedding or family visit can make uncertainty difficult. Compare your travel plans with the estimate before making commitments that depend on approval.

Clear fees before you retain us

Confirm the work and professional fee in writing before application support begins. The agreement distinguishes preparation, representation and the Post submission support included.

A licensed RCIC must be a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Check membership before paying for immigration advice.

Review the published professional-fee page. Government charges, medical examinations, translations and other case costs remain separate.

Discuss your Toronto visitor visa application in person, online or by phone. Advice can help identify missing evidence; it cannot promise approval or faster government processing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does an IRCC visitor visa cost?

A Canadian visitor visa costs CAD $100 per person, whether single or multiple entry. IRCC lists a CAD $500 family maximum for eligible families of five or more.

Family members must apply together at the same time and place, and children must qualify as dependants. Required biometrics and professional fees are separate.

How much bank balance is required for a Canada visitor visa?

IRCC sets no universal minimum bank balance for an ordinary Canadian visitor visa. Required funds depend on the visit’s length and accommodation.

Follow country-specific and personalized instructions. IRCC’s bank-statement guidance calls for the bank’s contact information and the account holder’s name and address. Provide any additional financial records required by your application instructions.

How long does it take to get a visitor visa?

Visitor visa processing time varies by application category and country; there is no separate Toronto-host timeline. Use IRCC's current estimate for the relevant category.

The estimate includes time needed to give biometrics but does not guarantee a decision date. Allow separately for document preparation and any requests made during processing.

What are the fees for a Canadian visitor visa agent?

Professional visitor visa fees depend on the work agreed with the representative. Mirzoyan Immigration Services publishes its service fees separately from government charges.

Your written agreement confirms scope and the fee before you retain application support. A consultation covers the booked appointment; preparation, representation and a full application review require separate agreed work.

Can my friend sponsor me to visit Canada?

A friend cannot formally sponsor an ordinary visitor visa, but can invite you and offer accommodation or financial help. You must still meet the visitor eligibility requirements.

Your friend's invitation must truthfully explain the visit and support offered. Writing the letter does not make the host legally responsible for you. It does not guarantee approval.
