Express Entry Consultant Toronto

Express Entry Consultant Toronto support helps you prepare within the 60-day invitation window and check your profile before entering the pool.

Mirzoyan Immigration Services provides support before pool entry and after an Invitation to Apply (ITA).

In 2026, category-based invitation rounds make program eligibility, category eligibility and Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) ranking separate questions.

Your Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) reviews the records behind your claims, with the scope confirmed in writing.

✓ Check eligibility before creating a profile

✓ Connect work and education claims with supporting records

✓ Review the invited application before submission

Who is this service for

Before you enter the pool

You live in Toronto and want to check your Canadian or overseas experience before creating a profile. A Toronto job or address alone does not establish eligibility. The assessment separates program eligibility from the CRS score used to rank your profile.

While your profile is active

Your work history, language results or family circumstances have changed. Profile updates should reflect supported facts. A higher score can help, but neither pool entry nor professional representation guarantees an invitation.

After an invitation arrives

You need to check the invitation, confirm the claims and prepare the permanent residence application. IRCC gives you 60 days to apply. Tell the consultant your deadline when requesting support.

What Express Entry Application Support Includes

What Express Entry Application Support Includes

01 Program and CRS assessment

Review the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW) or Federal Skilled Trades Program (FST) requirements against your history. The assessment also checks which CRS claims your records support. Program requirements differ, even when candidates share the same occupation.

02 Profile creation and updates

Prepare the agreed profile work through the IRCC secure account. Check employment dates, language results, education and family information before the profile is submitted or updated.

03 Employment, education and language evidence

Mirzoyan Immigration Services compares employer letters with the employment periods and hours claimed in your profile. Check the relevant National Occupational Classification (NOC), language test and educational credential assessment (ECA), where required.

04 ITA review and current personalized checklist

Recheck eligibility and the score behind the invitation. Complete the online application information to obtain the current personalized checklist. The checklist depends on your circumstances and accompanying family members.

05 Electronic application, fees and client declarations

Prepare the agreed electronic application, supporting uploads and fee-payment steps. You review your information and declarations before submission. Express Entry uses the IRCC secure account, rather than a generic Permanent Residence Portal application package.

06 Post submission support

Review IRCC correspondence and assist with responses included in the written agreement. Additional work requires an agreed scope. An application decision remains with IRCC.

Choose the support you need

The right starting point depends on what you have prepared and whether you already have an invitation.

Profile or application representation

Retain Mirzoyan Immigration Services for profile preparation or an invited application. The written agreement identifies the stages included, your responsibilities and Post submission support. A profile engagement does not automatically include a later permanent residence application.

Review of a client-prepared profile or application

Request a review of the work you have prepared, including an application after an ITA. The agreed review identifies concerns and corrections within its scope. You remain responsible for preparation and submission unless separate representation is agreed.

Document issues we check before submission

A job title that does not explain your duties

The NOC assessment considers the work you actually performed. A title such as “manager” cannot establish the occupation by itself. Your duties, dates and hours need to support the experience claimed.

An employer letter missing required details

IRCC's work-experience instructions call for duties, employment dates, weekly hours, salary and benefits. The letter also needs employer contact information. An immediate supervisor or personnel officer may sign it. An HR signature is not automatically unacceptable.

Funds evidence that leaves money unexplained

Where settlement funds are required, the bank letter must include the information IRCC requests, including average balances over six months. A recent deposit may need supporting records explaining its source and availability. Borrowed money cannot be counted as settlement funds.

Police, language and medical records checked too late

Police certificates generally cover six consecutive months abroad within the last ten years, after age 18. IRCC's police-certificate rules also address delayed certificates and supporting explanations.

Language results and any required ECA must remain valid at the relevant stages. An upfront immigration medical examination is required before submission unless an applicable exemption allows reuse of a previous examination.

If you reside in Canada, a previous examination with a physical exam within five years may qualify for an exemption. Include the previous IME number and check the policy's assessment and medical-surveillance conditions. IRCC must confirm that the exemption applies; living in Canada alone is insufficient.

Eligibility requirements at a glance

The programs share an online system, but their minimum requirements differ. CLB means Canadian Language Benchmark; TEER describes occupational training, education, experience and responsibilities. IRCC's program comparison is the starting point for the assessment.

Express Entry program requirements
ProgramWork experienceLanguage minimumOther requirements
Canadian Experience ClassAt least one eligible year in Canada within the last three years, in TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3.CLB 7 for TEER 0 or 1; CLB 5 for TEER 2 or 3.No minimum education requirement or job-offer requirement. Authorized work and the applicable exclusions must be checked.
Federal Skilled Worker ProgramAt least one continuous eligible year within the last ten years, in the primary occupation, TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3.CLB 7 in all four abilities. At least secondary education; an ECA for foreign education. At least 67 selection-factor points, separate from CRS ranking.
Federal Skilled Trades ProgramAt least two eligible years within the last five years in a qualifying skilled trade.CLB 5 speaking and listening; CLB 4 reading and writing.A qualifying full-time job offer for at least one year or a Canadian certificate of qualification. No minimum education requirement.

Paid, authorized work on a post-graduation work permit can count toward CEC if it meets the program requirements. You need at least one eligible year within the previous three years. IRCC counts a maximum of 30 hours per week. Work during full-time studies and most self-employment does not count toward this minimum.

Check your dates and authorization against IRCC's CEC requirements.

Settlement funds are not required for CEC. The exemption also covers applicants authorized to work in Canada with a valid job offer. Otherwise, check the current proof-of-funds requirements.

Express Entry Fees and Processing Times

Government charges are separate from professional fees, language tests, medical examinations, translations and other third-party costs. The amounts below follow IRCC's economic immigration fee schedule.

Express Entry government fees (CAD)
Government feeAmount in CADWhat it covers
Principal applicant$1,590$990 processing fee plus $600 right of permanent residence fee.
Accompanying spouse or partner$1,590$990 processing fee plus $600 right of permanent residence fee.
Dependent child$270 per childProcessing fee; no right of permanent residence fee.
Biometrics, if required$85 per personCheck whether biometrics and a fee are required for your application.
Biometrics family maximum$170Eligible family members applying at the same time.

There are three separate periods: preparing a profile, waiting for an invitation and processing a submitted application. Pool waiting time has no guaranteed end date. The 60-day invitation window is your filing deadline, not IRCC's decision timeline.

Check IRCC's current processing-times tool for the relevant program. Estimates can change and are not a maximum or guarantee. Preparation depends on the records available and the agreed work.

Clear fees before you retain us

Your written agreement confirms the application work, professional fees and responsibilities before the file is prepared. Government fees and third-party costs are separate.

Discuss your Toronto Express Entry file in person, online or by phone, then confirm the service you want to retain.

Licensed RCICs must follow the College’s professional standards. The College receives complaints about its licensees, giving you a regulatory accountability route.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a consultant charge for Canada PR?

Professional fees depend on the service and the work agreed for your file. Mirzoyan Immigration Services confirms the fee and responsibilities in writing before you retain the firm. Compare the published services and fees. Government charges are separate: IRCC currently lists $1,590 for an economic permanent residence application including the right of permanent residence fee.

Is 400 crs score good for Canada PR?

A CRS score of 400 does not tell you whether an invitation will arrive. Eligibility, draw type, category requirements and the round's cut-off all matter. Compare your circumstances with IRCC's invitation rounds, rather than treating a past score as a promise. A profile review can check supported claims and possible improvements without guaranteeing selection.

Who is the best immigration consultant in Toronto?

Choose a licensed consultant whose agreed service fits your situation. Check the College's public register, ask who will answer your questions and confirm the work in writing. At Mirzoyan Immigration Services, Narek or Vahe handles client communications directly. The useful comparison is the consultant's responsibility and service scope; a “best” label cannot establish either.

What happens after I get an invitation to apply?

Review the invitation, confirm that your eligibility and claimed score remain supported, then prepare the permanent residence application. IRCC allows 60 days to submit. Complete the online information to obtain your personalized checklist, gather the required records and review the declarations before filing. Tell your consultant about missing documents immediately so the applicable instructions can be checked.

What is the current waiting time for Express Entry in Canada?

Waiting for an invitation and processing a permanent residence application are separate. There is no guaranteed invitation date after entering the pool. After submission, use IRCC's current processing-times tool for your program. Its estimates may change and do not guarantee a decision date. The 60 days after an invitation is the application deadline, rather than a processing estimate.
